Ja, es ist gut, wenn man am Morgen Dankbarkeit übt. Ich spreche folgenden Satz: „Grazie per questa nuova giornata e per tutte le opportunità che mi porterà“. Dies ist sin guter Tagesanfang. Auch die Achtsamkeitsuebung von Thich Nhat Hanh aus dem survival-kit ist empfehlenswert.
